In this Creative Movement class, children are invited to contribute their own movement ideas through improvised & imaginative games, collaboratively created dance stories, and the exploration of a variety of engaging props. An emphasis is placed on the creative process while encouraging children to self-express in ways that feel authentic to them as individuals.
ANGIE LICHTENWALNER, MA (she/her) is a dance teaching artist, wife, and mother who enjoys creating "outside-the-box" opportunities to encourage communication, confidence, and compassion for creative movers of all ages and abilities. She has been sharing her love for movement with students for over 20 years, at private studios, public elementary and middle schools, and a variety of camps, community centers, and events, both locally and abroad.
Angie is the founder & lead teaching artist at Creativity Moves Lehigh Valley.
