Meditation and Reiki Healing Workshop

The Meditation and Reiki Healing Workshop is taking place on May 18th! From 10am to Noon, come to Nova's Performing Arts Studio. We will meditate, have a group reiki session, and journal. Sometimes we need time to sit and reflect on the things that are happening in our lives. This way we can plan for the future or pivot if we need too. It is a safe space to be yourself and to experience peace, love, and like-minded individuals.
