$140 per person, this Cert 1 Initial course is taught by RN Trainer, Wendy Richmond since 2017. Register online (classes every other week). Input into Ohio DODD MAIS within 48 hours. Copy of certification emailed upon successful completion of the two day course, passing a 50 question multiple choice test and documentation on medication administration record.
