Professional and emerging dancers are welcome to attend the online zoom platform based Brain-Body Connection Professional Development Series hosted by Free Flow Dance Theatre free of charge. If you would like and can afford to make a donation to support the future of the company, please do! We are pleased to host this series of workshops with the support of the Community Initiative Fund, City of Saskatoon and Sasktel.

Conditioning for Dancers Workshop

In this conditioning workshop, especially designed for dancers, participants will be led through a thorough dance conditioning program designed to support and strengthen all areas of the body. Imagery and mindfulness, along with some stretching, will be included, as well as build-ups and exercise modifications so you can tailor the work to your needs. We’ll be starting on the floor and making our way to the barre and beyond. Please bring a water bottle, a floor mat and stretchband.
