Second Saturday Summer Clean-up!

The Friends of Kalamazoo Historic Cemeteries (FKHC) is dedicated to being a collaborative partner with the City of Kalamazoo to preserve, restore and conserve the city’s historic cemeteries and has an ambitious schedule planned for preservation projects in Kalamazoo's Riverside and Mountain Home Cemeteries this summer. Join us for cleaning and preserving gravestones on the Second Saturday of each month this summer. The FKHC will supply all cleaning tools, supplies and training will be provided before each event.

We will be cleaning and preserving pioneer gravestones at Mountain Home Cemetery and helping the City clean up the remaining storm damage from fallen limbs and debris.
