2025 Stroke Support Group

Each session will offer the opportunity for stroke survivors and their caregivers to share their experiences with other community members, as well as learn about healthcare topics related to their care.

The goal of this support group is to enable patients and their support systems to surround themselves with other people who understand what they are going through.
