Fall in love with yoga on a Stand Up Paddleboard in our beautiful, floating nature’s classroom – Lake Padden. Our paddleboards are SUPER stable and made specifically for yoga! Experience the fun of balancing on water and strengthen your core and leg muscles while enjoying the soothing nature of the fluid surface. After a brief intro to your yoga-specific paddleboard, you will experience an invigorating and relaxing yoga class, using many basic yoga poses. You will be amazed at the benefit of doing them while balancing on the board. And the fun!! The board is super-stable and the poses are adapted to be accessible to both beginners and experienced yoga practitioners. Some poses are actually easier to achieve while on the water. But you never know so prepare for laughter, fun and maybe a swim!

Standup Paddle Yoga registration is via City of Bellingham Parks & Rec and you will be taken to that website to register.
