Field Day 2025

Ever wondered what ham radio is all about? June 28 - 29 is Field Day weekend. It's a great opportunity to find out. GEARS, the local amateur radio club will operate from out back of the Chico Masonic Family Center, 1110 W. East Ave., Chico, from 11 a.m. The public is invited to visit the site on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. You can see ham radio in action and even have a try at getting on the air yourself.
