The training focus is maintaining fitness during the summer for High School and Junior High athletes, Elementary school athletes as well as an introduction to running for the novice (runners will be grouped by ability).

* Work with a world-class coach and talk about the best training for you

* Listen to the pros talk about running after high school and college

* Practice breakthrough form and technique drills

* Hear from a exercise physiologist and learn the importance of V02 training.

Cross country camp is designed to take an athlete from where they are to a ready state for the up coming cross-country season. It is also designed to teach athletes about the different methods of training. "80% of the prep for the cross country season should be done before the season starts."
