Do you listen to the news and start to feel anxious? Disaster and wars rage; the weather is changing and creating more difficult circumstances for so many. This session is about learning how your body and nervous system work to create a sense of safety within yourself. You will learn how to bring experiences of joy, curiosity, and ease instead of being stuck in fear and anxiety.
