Lunch & Learn: Ground Up Leadership

In honor of Juneteenth, this interactive Lunch & Learn explores the power and potential of Ground Up Leadership hosted by Ryan & Jordan Bell — the idea that transformational leadership often rises not from the top, but from everyday people rooted in their communities. Using the life and legacy of civil rights icon Fannie Lou Hamer as a guiding narrative, we’ll examine how courage, conviction, and community can spark lasting change. Participants will engage in a reflective conversation on how to recognize, cultivate, and support leadership at all levels—especially among those whose voices are often overlooked. This session invites you to celebrate freedom by reimagining leadership from the bottom up.
