From deep-fried dreams and food-on-a-stick creations to blue-ribbon bites worthy of the county fair, this whimsical menu takes nostalgia for a spin on the culinary carousel.
Each course is paired with a wildly imaginative cocktail—think cotton candy-infused concoctions, spiked snow cones, and drinks that practically come with their own Ferris wheel. We’re transforming The Luminary Workshop into a full-blown culinary midway, complete with over-the-top flavors, unexpected pairings, and a few tasty tricks up our sleeve.
