Our run, walk, and roll is located at Mason Regional Park
18712 University Dr, Irvine, CA 92612 on Saturday, September 13th from 8 AM - 11 AM.
No matter what your ability is, you are a hero to us. This 5K will “pack a punch” in fun and ease with a fast, gentle rolling course.
Runner perks include a finisher’s medal, race bib, chip timed course, pre and post race snacks, and of course no superhero is complete without a cape!
SPECIAL FEATURES
• Best Costume Contest: Dress up like your favorite Superhero and you can be chosen as the BEST dressed caped crusader.
• The CHALLENGE: to our friends with SCI that are ambulatory, YOU are challenged to walk as far as you are super-humanly able, whether that's five steps or a full 5K! Set your personal goal for the day. You can walk a portion, and/or roll a portion. We just want to see you walk across the finish line!
100% of the proceeds benefit Triumph Foundation and our mission to help people triumph over paralysis.

ABOUT TRIUMPH FOUNDATION: Triumph Foundation exists to help children, adults, and Veterans to triumph over Spinal Cord Injury/Disorders. Our goal is to help people maximize their recovery from life altering accidents and disorders. We find solutions for people to increase independence, improve self-efficacy, and reintegrate back into the community.
