Sara shares the many valuable techniques learned from her studies of Sri Swami Satchitananda’s “Integral Hatha Yoga”, Ana Forrest, Bishnu Ghosh lineage, as well as her own practice including Kapalabhati, Uddiyana Bandha, Agni Sara and Nauli Kriya. As well as many other core strengthening abdominal and pelvic floor yoga practices.
This workshop is appropriate for all levels.
