On this historic day, the City College of El Salvador ROTC Unit joins the entire nation in celebrating the 126th Philippine Independence Day. As we honor the bravery and sacrifices of our heroes, we are reminded of our duty to uphold the values of patriotism, discipline, and service.

Let this be a day not only of remembrance, but also of commitment—to serve our country with integrity, to defend our freedom with courage, and to lead with purpose.

To all cadets and fellow youth, may we continue to be inspired by the spirit of our forefathers. The fight for independence may be over, but our mission to build a better and stronger nation lives on.
