Days Of August is a norwegian indie folk group that creates an atmosphere of rich, longing melodies and nostalgic, heartfelt lyrics.
By early 2019, the debut album ‘Staring Empty at the Moon’ was released into the world. The albums beautiful melancholic
dark vibe made for further attention, and songs like ‘North Sea’ and ‘Nine Winters Ago’ got sync placements.
2020 was the year the bands second ep ‘Into the Valley’ made headlines. Songs like ‘Homeplace’, ‘Young Rivers’ and
‘Time Will Tell the Tale’ made their way to large spotify playlists,
as well as becoming this months artist on nrk urørt. Later the same year they released their third ep ‘Going Where We Belong’.
