We’re kicking off Winchester’s first NDD project, Cedar Valley, with a groundbreaking event on June 25 at Ward Plaza. Join us as we celebrate the transformation of Ward Plaza and the surrounding area into a dynamic, mixed-use neighborhood that will include a Publix and high end restaurants, shops, and green space.
