FRESH MEAT: New Stand-up Comedy Night

New stand-up comedians always think they're funny. We know they're not... but we'll give them a chance to prove us wrong. Think K*ll Tony, but Maltese, and noone thinks that this is their big break.
Here’s how it works: Aspiring (and occasionally delusional) stand-up hopefuls take the stage with one minute of completely new material. Then they’re interviewed by our panel of seasoned comedians, led by Daniel “called Gordon Manche an asshole” Xuereb and Paige "she’s the nice one" Possanza.
The panel hasn’t heard the jokes. They haven’t rehearsed feedback. What follows is an unfiltered, occasionally helpful, often traumatising post-mortem of each set — and sometimes each soul.
At the end of the show, the audience votes for their favourite comedian of the night, who wins respect, admiration, and (most importantly) cash.
