Cornering and Flow Skills Session: With Chris

Looking to get a bit more flow and confidence through corners? In this session we'll build on some of the concepts covered in our earlier "cornering with confidence" sessions, and look at ways to improve stabilty and traction in berms and flat turns, increasing your confidence when cornering. More confidence = more flow = more fun!

Prerequisite Skills
This session is aimed at confident beginner and early-intermediate riders who:

Have been mountain biking regularly for at least 6 months

Can consistently and correctly apply:
- Ready (attack) and neutral positions for descending
- Good brake control on loose surfaces

Preferably have already attended at least one of the following (good but not required):
- MTB foundations: body position and braking,
- MTB foundations: Cornering with confidence

​Minimum Age: 15 years

All riders must have Aus Cycling insurance: https://www.auscycling.org.au/membership

Please have proof of your Aus Cycling membership ready to view before your session starts.

- Horsewood Car Park Main Entrance
- Please be ready to ride at 8.15am sharp
- Maximum 5 participants

MEET: At the the main entrance to Horsewood Road car park, near the map stand.
