Join us on Thursday, August 7 for the FARE Idaho Field to Fork Festival, Sandpoint, a full day dedicated to celebrating and strengthening North Idaho’s local food economy. Hosted by FARE Idaho, this gathering brings together farmers, ranchers, food producers, retailers, chefs, and community members to connect, collaborate, and explore how we can build a more resilient regional food system—together. The daytime festival is free and open to the public, with special access for buyers beginning at noon.
From interactive tradeshow tastings to thoughtful roundtable discussions and vendor-to-vendor networking, the festival offers opportunities for real-time connection and conversation. Then, as the sun stretches into evening, we’ll transition to a separately ticketed Field to Fork Dinner in the orchard—a high-end, open-air culinary experience featuring local chefs, regional ingredients, and shared tables beneath the apple trees. Whether you're joining us for the full day or just the dinner, this is your invitation to be part of something rooted, real, and deliciously local.
