Truffle Education Day #2 with Chef Drew Terp of Primal House

Join us for a mock truffle hunt with West Coast Truffle Dogs followed by some truffle farming education and a live cooking demo by Chef Drew Terp of Primal House (formerly of Pico in Los Alamos). We will then proceed to have a truffle and wine pairing brunch featuring fresh truffles from our friends in Western Australia that are over-nighted to us.

8am - Arrival at Orchard

8-8:30am - Introduction to team, property, and truffle dogs

8:30-9:45am - Mock Truffle Hunt / Dog training Ed

9:45-10am - Travel back to winery

10:10:30am - Truffle Farming Presentation, Q&A

10:30-11:15am - Live Cooking Demo feat. Chef Drew Terp

11:15-1pm - Truffle Brunch and Wine Pairing
