Ekphrastic Art Workshop for Adults with Tara Morin from CMCA

People ages 18 and up are invited to practice using poetry as a starting point for works of art in the Community Room at the Rockland Public Library, with Tara Morin from Center for Maine Contemporary Art on Tuesday, June 24 at 5:30 PM. This informal gathering will introduce the concept of ekphrastic art and will consider poems by local figure Edna St. Vincent Millay as possible points of inspiration for drawing and collage.
