Do you need an escape from stress or chaos? Would you like to improve your flexibility and decrease your chances of injury? If either of those are a "yes," then it's worth your time to check out yin yoga!

In yin yoga, we engage the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest) to relax and relieve stress while stretching the fascia around our muscles. We do all of this in the comfort of a warm studio, to gentle music, with essential oils and the support of props and gentle hands-on assists.

Secure your spot on the free Mindbody app by finding our class on Heart Strong Fitness Studio's page. $12 drop in, 5 class pass $50. Walk-ins are welcome, but need to arrive at least 5-10 minutes before class.
