SLUG Saturday Group Run - Shaw Nature Reserve

Weekly casual group run hosted by St. Louis Ultrarunners Group. All paces welcome, we usually break into groups, but take it upon yourself to be familiar with the trails. You do not have to be a paid SLUG member to run with us -- but we may convince you to join!

Shaw: Meet in the parking lot by the Bascom House. Park gates open at 8 a.m., there is a $5 admission if you aren't a member. Meet in the commuter lot across the street from the park at 7:50 to carpool in -- I have 6 passes available.
