The Official First Public Screening of Unknown Horizons - Slava Ukraini at the Barbican Theatre - Saturday 5th July 2025 - 7pm -10pm
You're invited to attend a special evening embracing the official première of Plymouth filmmaker, Spyke O’Hanlin’s, award-winning documentary on Russia’s illegal invasion of Ukraine and the message the film holds.
Adhering to the concept that the truth should be free to everyone, the event is a free-entry event but attendees are urged to purchase a free ticket from Eventbrite to guarantee your place in the Auditorium. Once all ticketed guests are seating, remaining seats will be given out on a first come, first served basis.

Follow the eye opening and world changing journey of Spyke O'Hanlin, a first time, disabled traveler from the UK who ultimately finds himself on a humanitarian mission delivering aid into the heart of war-torn Ukraine in April, 2022.
Teaming up with an independent relief effort headed by American English teacher, Aubrey Mathis, together they journey into Ukraine to deliver their Skoda full of food to a larger, independent relief effort operating solely in Ukraine.
During their mission they uncover and investigate harrowing truths about corrupt foreign aid organisations, discover dark secrets about corrupt political spectrum's that exist worldwide and experience the harsh realities of war.
