Join Rachel for her popular all levels chair yoga class. Nothing but an open mind is needed to participate. This class incorporates all the elements of a traditional yoga practice such as breathing techniques, stretching and mindfulness as well as learning new elements such as mantra chanting. You will laugh, feel more joyful, and less stressed as you increase your strength and flexibility. All ages, bodies and abilities are welcomed. Suggested donation of $10-15 per person.
