Together, we’ll take a gentle, intentional walk through the serene trails of Pinnacle Parkβ€”a lush cove forest nourished by two pristine creeks and home to native medicinal plants and trees. This soul-nourishing day will weave together:

Move slowly and intentionally through the forest as we explore local ecology, edible plants, and native medicinal flora. Learn from the land with curiosity and awe.

🌲 Qigong Flow in the Forest with Marga Fripp
Awaken and align your life-force energy through a gentle, healing Qigong practice, grounded in the natural rhythms of trees, wind, and flowing water.

🌸 Nature Mandala Creation
Enter meditative play by gathering natural materials along the trail to co-create a seasonal Earth mandalaβ€”an offering of beauty, presence, and gratitude.

πŸ”” Forest & Sound Bathing
Rest deeply in the arms of the forest, accompanied by the gentle resonance of flute, chimes, and sacred tones that nourish body, mind, and spirit.

πŸ₯— Picnic by the Creek
Bring a nourishing lunch or snack to enjoy in community beside the pure mountain waters. Time for connection, reflection, and heartfelt conversation.

- Water, blanket or mat for sitting

- Comfortable walking shoes

This is a slow-paced walk, about 1 hour each way, with spacious time for rest and renewal.
