Strength starts from the center. This empowering 3-week series is designed to help you reconnect with your core and pelvic floor through intentional movement, breathwork, and body awareness. Perfect for all bodies—whether you're postpartum, managing low back pain, or simply seeking smarter strength. (We will meet on 8/7, 8/14, 8/21.)
