This empowering 3-week series blends a variety of movement styles—including yoga, strength, mobility, breathwork, and restorative practices—to help you feel more at home in your body and feel empowered and supported through the natural transitions of perimenopause and menopause. Each session is thoughtfully designed to ease symptoms, balance your nervous system, and build strength and resilience from the inside out. (We will meet on 7/18, 7/25. 8/1)
