Facilitating Group Healings

We have decided to open our routine facilitator training to all who wish to attend and learn how we facilitate group healings at Ordinary Pioneer!
We ernestly practice what we call "compassionate communication," otherwise known as "Non-violent communication," as coined by American psychologist Marshall Rosenberg. We utilize these teachings within the group setting, encouraging mindful listening, non-interruption, non-judgement, and speaking to our emotions and needs. We have successfully implemented these teachings for the last 3 years and are eager to share with you!
This gathering is for anyone and geared toward those who wish to be a productive member of group discussion, and/or facilitate productive group discussion themselves. No experiance it needed.
What to bring: A notebook, any questions you have about group facilitation, any challenges you've faced previously in group discussion that you'd like to resolve
It is recommended that you read "Non-Violent Communication" by Marshall Rosenberg, although it is not required for your attendance.
This gathering is our gift to you. If you feel moved to support our mission, we welcome donations of any amount. To learn more about our Gift Economy philosophy, please visit ordinarypioneer.com/gift-economy.
