Ceremony begins at sign up when we schedule you pre retreat Spinal Energetics session either in person in Marion or online if needed. This will help us all be ready for the work come August.
On Saturday August 9th, we begin that Saturday morning with circle, breath work, and energy calibration. Together, we’ll tune into our own body’s language and learn to read and feel the subtle energies in ourselves and one another. Through Spinal Energetics, somatic practices, and shared inquiry, we’ll move between grounded presence and intuitive insight.
Evening brings shared dinner on the porch, river ceremony, laughter, and the kind of real talk you didn’t know you needed.
Plan on heading home Saturday night with road snacks and a cool bag of swag. Imagine singing your favorite song feeling refreshed and powerful, with veneer removed, and the names of some groovy ladies in your contacts.
