"Our Mission
To assist those at highest risk of being exposed to trauma, with emphasis being on Veterans, Fire Fighters, Police Officers, Emergency Medical, First Responders, Doctors/ Nurses, and other professionals who have suffered trauma in their workplace, in gaining evidence based, self-administered techniques to process and heal from traumatic experiences; and therefore, decrease the risk of developing PTSD. By having a proactive stance towards healing from trauma, the expectation is that this will lower the suicide rate. Attention and assistance will also be provided to the community at large to develop increased awareness of the importance of developing a proactive stance in healing from traumatic experiences to which one may be exposed."
Come join us for an amazing cause and to meet some great people!
