Come and join us after a long day to unwind and find your Zen in this all-levels yoga class. You will be guided through a balanced sequence of poses, breathwork, and mindfulness practices designed to strengthen your core while gently opening your shoulders, hips, spine, and heart. Each class ends with an option for a restorative pose for your ultimate relaxation.

Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, while helping you cultivate mindful awareness both on and off the mat. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring your own yoga mat. It may be helpful for you to bring a blanket and yoga blocks if you have them.
