Terrain Trail Runners-STL: July 2025 - Women's Only Group Run

- Meet in the third parking lot on your right upon entering the park (across from the playground) By the restrooms
RUN STARTS Promptly at 6:00 PM so get there enough ahead of time to gear up etc.

- Run starts promptly at 6:00PM

- Mileage for this run is loosely 5-6 Miles

- EASY PACE, No Drop Run

- Run your own pace, varied paces and distance options.

- Please be sure to RSVP and or update your RSVP in the event
you have a change in plans, so our run leads know who all to expect.

If you are new to this trail to avoid getting lost on the trail, we recommend either pacing with another runner or stopping for other runners to catch up at a turn off and or splits in the trail
