Plant Power Hour - monthly vegan/plant-based course

Whether you are vegan, veg-curious, or just want to shift to using plants more in your life, this class will cover nutrition, practicalities, multiple resources (including local tips), food sovereignty, recipes and methodologies, plant-based dairy (ditch the eggs and cow’s milk!), communal support support, and managing family and social life. Each participant who attends at least six sessions in 2025 will receive a premium and unique cookbook at the end of the year!

This is a vegan/plant-based competency and support class, taught by Agni (currently enrolled in a Masters of Engaged Jain Studies: Veganism, Animals and Ecology concentration) and bringing in other local experts in growing and integrating more whole plant-based foods.
