OWENSBORO Pigtails & Cowlicks Fall Pop-up Event

We will be filling the Owensboro Convention Center with items from over 600 families ALL FOR KIDS!!! We will have toys, books, shoes, furniture, fall & winter clothes, Halloween costumes, boutique, and more for babies-teens. No admission fee to enter the public sale and cash debit/credit accepted.
