East Hamilton Support Group

On the 2nd Wednesday of every month, our LPD, Claudia Zendejas, hosts an Alzheimer’s and Dementia support group from 11:30 AM-1:00 PM. This is for families to address concerns, ask questions, or simply gain a better understanding of what is happening with their loved one.

Lunch will be provided after the meeting.
