Reiki One Class

Learn to reconnect with yourself and improve your health. Reiki will decrease anxiety, stress and improve sleep. You will learn the history of Reiki and the benefits it can provide to you, your family and even your animal friends. At the end of class you will be able to practice Reiki on yourself and others. Includes manual and certificate of completion. There is also a two week follow up. Cost is $200 and must be prepaid by July 23, 2025.
