Falls are one of the leading causes of hospitalization in the elderly, but this does not have to be the case! We are teaming up with Cedarhurst Senior Living of Nicholasville to provide a FREE Fall Prevention Workshop to our community.
This workshop is designed to empower you by:
*Assessing your current fall risk - knowledge is power!
*Providing you with tips to prevent future falls and exercises to reduce your fall risk - action is necessary!
*Putting you in touch with senior industry professionals who are passionate about helping seniors live their best lives - asking for help is courage!
Light refreshments, door prizes, and giveaways will add to the fun. Please join us Tuesday, June 24, 2025 from 3:30 to 4:30pm at Cedarhurst Senior Living of Nicholasville for a fun and informative afternoon.
