Join us for an evening with Trek Reef as he shares the story of his 2016 thru-hike along the 2,000+ mile Appalachian National Scenic Trail. Presentation includes photographs, stories, gear, and a time for Q&A.

About Trek Reef:
Yaakov βTrekβ Reef (he/they) is a wilderness spirituality guide, forest therapy practitioner, and a Jewish Unitarian Universalist minister-in-formation with over three decades of backcountry experience.
In 2016, Trek completed a thru-hike of the 2189.1 mile Appalachian Trail, walking over five million steps between Maine and Georgia seeking a deeper connection to our more-than-human world. This led Trek to co-founding the Alliance for Wilderness Engagement in 2022 with a mission to rekindle our relationship with nature, our planet, and our cosmos.
Trek begins serving as Intern Minister at First Parish Church of Stow & Acton this August and is pursuing a Master of Divinity at Meadville Lombard Theological School. Trek and his partner Justin live in Billerica, Massachusetts, on the traditional homelands of the Pawtucket and Massachusett Peoples.
