This class is for anyone who wants a full-body workout but isn't keen on burpees etc. A good workout if you have joint problems or are looking to return to fitness after illness/injury. A range of bodyweight exercises will help you to improve strength and mobility also aerobic fitness.
The class costs £3 per session. Pay on the door, no need to book.
