Brain Gym, a cognitive group class led by one of our Speech Language Pathologists, will be held at the NeuroRehab and Balance Center every second and fourth Monday of every month.
The class will focus on brain teasers and other cognitive or memory challenges. It will also provide education on how to keep your mind sharp in your daily life.
This class costs $10 per person per class.
