How the Heck do I use my body Efficiently!?

This class will cover some of the most basic foundations of fitness. I hope that you walk away from this Free group class armed with skills that can help you through any physical challenges you may face, including every day life. I am a mother of two so I do believe this is a class that other mother's could benefit from. However, all genders and fitness levels are welcome. Please bring a friend so after the class you guys can bounce off of each other for motivation. I need a heads up if you're coming, so please MUST message me with how many people you might bring. All you need to bring is a yoga mat and if you don't have that, bring a towel or a blanket. dress comfortably that allows you to move with flexibility. Perhaps be prepared for a little bit of a chilly morning, but depending on how far we get in our group lesson, you may get all warmed up from activity. I don't mind if you bring your kids, but also please make sure that they don't disrupt the class if possible. I feel this is important information that can be helpful but only if it's heard and covered within the hour, we have.
