Very excited to say that Andrew Lee Mason and Billy Valentine Baxter are going to be playing some tunes at the Haystack Festival in North Bend, WA.
Andrew Lee Mason is a Seattle-based singer-songwriter known for his evocative storytelling and intricate fingerpicking guitar style. His musical journey began with the violin at age four, later embracing the banjo, which shaped his unique approach to melody and rhythm. Active in Seattle's vibrant music scene, Andrew has performed at venues like Couth Buzzard Books & Cafe and participated in events such as the Emerald City Songwriter Circle. His performances often feature collaborations with fellow artists, creating intimate and engaging musical experiences.
A familiar face at local open mics, Bill Baxter is a singer-songwriter who also lends his talents to the songwriting duo Blurry May and as one of the seven members of the hopelessly misnamed alt-rock cover band, Quatros Amigos. Having played guitar and mandolin since the late 80s, Bill's music weaves together a rich tapestry of influences, from the alt-rock of REM to the folk-punk of the Violent Femmes, with a hint of timeless classics like Simon & Garfunkel, and The Beatles. He balances rocking tunes with wry humor and philosophical touches.
