Re-Connect: A Cacao Ceremony for Wellbeing

Join me for an evening of relaxation, self compassion and restoration

As we come together in a cacao ceremony where we drink ceremonial cacao which releases the bliss chemical and natural serotonin, helping you to relax and quieten your mind. I will then do some sound healing with the crystal healing bowls before I take you on a guided meditation. Followed by journaling, oracle cards for guidance and a sharing circle if you feel inclined.
