This is a beautiful course of workshops, 4 x Wednesday nights, where you will journey around a sacred medicine wheel, featuring divine Goddesses, Archangels, Crystals, Colour, Elements, directions, Totem animals, and more.... including Mother Nature herself through the seasons. You will embark on a personal inner journey through sou exercises, meditations, healing and more. We are nature in essence and so recognising your movement through life as such will greatly help you in many ways.
