Join me for a deeply nurturing Yin Yoga workshop designed to support you in times of loss, transition, or emotional heaviness. Together, we’ll explore the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine meridians—especially the Lung, Large Intestine, and Heart channels—to gently move through sorrow, release tension, and reconnect with compassion.
You’ll be guided through slow-paced postures held for longer periods, allowing your body to release tensions. Yin Yoga is ideal for all fitness levels.
