VIETNAMESE GARDEN SUPPER CLUB
EIGHT COURSE TASTING MENU
8th and 9th July
I will once again be hosting my Supper Club at my home on Brampton Road, St Albans. It is great fun and was a big hit with guests. You are welcome to bring your own drinks & alcohol and I will provide all the glasses.
Over eight courses I will take you on a culinary journey through the flavours and traditions of Vietnam.
The menu will showcase the diversity of Vietnamese cuisine and include dishes that are too delicate for me to offer as a takeaway.
Start Time: 6:45pm for a 7:00pm start
Price: £49 for 8 courses if you book now (Please bring your own alcohol/drinks.)
