Join us as we discover the beauty of Sharpham's stunning riverside landscape, where we've been rewilding since 2020.
From serene footpaths to wildflower-filled meadows, the day is a fantastic opportunity to witness nature’s comeback firsthand, guided by Jack Skuse from Ambios Ltd - our partner in this transformative ecological project.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to spot the diverse wildlife of this magical 550-acre estate as we ramble along its scenic footpaths together. It's a family-friendly walk, suitable for all ages, with a leisurely pace and plenty of stops.
The terrain will include some tall grasses, gentle inclines, and uneven ground, making it ideal for a bit of light adventure. The total distance is about 2 km, so children 7 and older can join in the fun (babies in carriers are also welcome, but no pushchairs please).
Please note that for the safety and sensitivity of wildlife - including livestock and ground nesting birds, we are unable to accommodate dogs on this walk.
Do join us as we enjoy a fun and educational day reconnecting with nature and seeing the power of rewilding firsthand!
