RaceWalk with MRC 🚶‍♀️🍻

Cancelled this week - but back again the coming one.

Walking is our newest addition, combining exercise and socializing with MRC’s spirit! Join us for a one-hour RaceWalk session, including an introduction to race walking techniques. All levels are welcome, as long as you’re comfortable jogging 5 km at a regular pace without getting exhausted 🏞️.
